We will happily accept a return from you, within 30 days of your original purchase, and with the following provisions: to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging; to complete your return, we require a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us first at email@example.com to get an RMA#. Print this information clearly on the outside of your parcel, to speed up the refund process.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): items with obvious signs of use; any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are made to the original method of payment only. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of our refund decision. Approved refunds are generally processed by us within 2 business days of receiving the item(s) in question, at our end.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a set processing time before a refund is posted, some credit card companies apply the credit to the next statement.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refund you receive will have the shipping fee deducted from the total.
